Green Room Rehab incorporates a variety of modalities into their treatments including traditional Swedish massage therapy, Thai massage, stretching, and stress relief techniques. Treatments often integrate Swedish, Peri-natal, infant instruction, deep tissue sport, injury rehabilitation, and reflexology. All services provided by Green Room Rehab are registered and eligible for extended health plan claims.

Swedish (Regular) Massage

Swedish massage includes a variety of techniques in which the therapist uses lotion and glides over the skin. Patients have the choice of dressing down to their comfort level. The therapist leaves the room and the Patient is asked to undress down and lay face down in between the sheets and blanket. The Patient pulls the blanket over top and the therapist enters when the client is ready and un-drapes only the back or one limb at a time. New Patients should arrive ten to fifteen minutes early in order to fill out a case history form and allow enough time to ask questions which will familiarize themselves with the procedure.

This invigorating experience is a process of detection scar tissue, tension and adhesion’s, and slowly working into the deep layers of muscle tissue. Breathing and movement are also used for the release of muscular congestion.

A Carpal tunnel treatment focuses on the tissues surrounding the wrist. There is a large sheath that surrounds the wrist front and back. With over use of the same fine movements ie: typing or mousing, these structures can ad-hear to each other making movement painful and restricted, leaving wrist bones out of place. Holli specializes in bringing the wrist back into proper alignment and mobility.
