“I love athletics in the outdoors, Crossfit ,yoga, photography, travel, writing and publishing “Advice from your Big Sister” Books, meditating, meditation retreats, meeting new people, reading, athletic modeling and commercials, and am chronically drawn to continually educating myself and learning new new ways to look at, treat and rehab the body. I believe the body is always trying to self correct, we just have to assess the body alignment imbalances and point the body in the right direction by creating a long term rehabilitation plan for both the body and mind.
My job is to help facilitate your body natural rhythms. My passion lies in helping to bring you back to your natural state of health, vitality and balance. Massage Therapy enables you to remember what if feels like to be relaxed, balanced and at ease in your mind and body, and how to carry those positive feelings with you into every other aspect of your daily life.”
